- Installation of two engineered structural beams:
- 20” x 12” beam
- 24” x 12” beam
- Construction of new footings and strong walls
- Installation of 15 linear feet of stem walls

Full Interior Remodel Scope
Beyond the structural work, this project included a complete interior upgrade throughout the space.

- New plumbing and drainage system throughout the home
